The plate, such as the temporary bill, must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 821/2014 and according to the format attached at the bottom of the page.
In particular, the space dedicated to the name, the objective of the operation, the emblem of the European Union and the reference to the Union and the Fund will always cover at least 25% of the space. In addition, a QR code is included that allows you to return directly to the Program website where you can download the complete transaction card. The plate must be made in dimensions appropriate to the importance of the work, starting from a suggested minimum dimension of 40 × 40 cm.

For the correct use of logos and their declination on various editorial / promotional products, it is necessary to follow the guidelines contained in the FSE 2014/2020 Graphics Manual.
According to Annex XII to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, the responsibilities of beneficiaries for information and communication on support provided by European funds are as follows:
1. All measures of information and communication by the beneficiary acknowledge the support of the funds to the operation by:
(A) the emblem of the Union, in accordance with the technical characteristics set out in the implementing act adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 115 (4), together with a reference to the Union;
(B) a reference to the fund or funds supporting the operation.
In the case of an information or communication measure linked to an operation or to several transactions co-financed by more than one fund, the reference referred to in point (b) may be replaced by a reference to SIE funds.
2. During the implementation of an operation, the beneficiary shall inform the public of the support received from the funds:
(A) providing, on the beneficiary’s website, where this is the case, a brief description of the operation, in proportion to the level of support, including the purpose and results, and highlighting the financial support received from the Union;
(B) by placing at least one poster with project information (minimum format A3) indicating the financial support of the Union, in a place easily visible to the public, for operations not falling within points 4 and 5; Like the entrance area of a building.
3. For operations incurred by the ESF, and in appropriate cases for operations incurred by the ESF or the Cohesion Fund, the beneficiary shall ensure that the participants have been informed of such funding. Any document relating to the implementation of a transaction used for the public or for participants, including frequency certificates or otherwise, contains a statement that the operational program has been funded by the fund or funds of the type:
Project co-funded by the European Social Fund under the PO Basilicata 2014-2020 – Axis “x”.
Within three months of completing an operation, the beneficiary exhibits a permanent plaque or large billboard in a place easily visible to the public for each transaction that meets the following criteria:
(A) overall public support for the operation exceeds EUR 500,000;
(B) the transaction consists in the purchase of a physical object or in the financing of an infrastructure or of construction operations.
The plaque or billboard indicates the name and the main purpose of the transaction.
