The Implementation Document of the OP ESF Basilicata 2014-2020 (DAP) is the document defining in an articulated manner the responsibilities, competences and financial allocations of the subjects who are in charge of programming, managing, controlling and paying the interventions.
It is a direct expression of the Regional Growth and Employment Strategy contained in the Operational Program and has been formulated to provide useful and immediate support for programming activities.
The DAP is structured as a structurally evolving document, either because it refers to standards, guidelines and systems under definition / modification as well as because it is considered as an open document that, in the context of the implementation of the interventions, In the wake of the evolution of the broader regional strategy, can be updated, modified and integrated.
