“SPIC 2020 – Sportello Impresa Continuous Training” and “Materia – Matera, Basilicata Investe in Apprendimento”: Application for the use of FAD
With the DGR n. 326 / 2020 of the Department of Development Policies, Labor, Training and Research, in relation to measures to combat and contain the spread of the virus Covid19, it is possible to allow the beneficiaries of funding from the public notices “Spic 2020 – Sportello Impresa Formazione Continua” and “Materia – Matera/Basilicata investe in apprendimento” the use of distance learning (FAD) exclusively in synchronous mode in order to ensure the resumption of training activities.
Therefore, the implementers of funded training projects can apply, according to the model prepared and attached to the DGR, for authorization to resume and conclude training activities in ODL mode.
The authorization refers only to classroom training activities and cannot replace laboratories, internships or training directly on the job.Even the final public exams for the achievement of the expected certification must be carried out in presence at the end of the state of emergency, unlike the intermediate or final verification tests that require only the release of the certificate of attendance and that can be carried out remotely.
The beneficiary will ensure, moreover, the use of e-learning systems able to monitor, track or certify the frequency and the activity carried out by each user, tutor and teacher in compliance with privacy regulations.
The request for authorization must be sent by Pec to the address ufficio.formazione.continua@pec.regione.basilicata.it where it will be necessary to indicate the platform that you intend to use and the technological support for online assistance and verification of the learning outcomes of the students. In case of changes to the information indicated in the project form, together with the application, the new teaching calendar with the curricula vitae of the teachers must be sent.
The synchronous training must be documented for each training day with a data extraction from the computer platform of the system logs in addition to the usual compilation of the daily sheet of the didactic register already in use and by the course manager or tutor.
The latter, digitally signed by the teacher and tutor together with the user grid extracted from the platform, must be entered in the Sirfo 2014 information system no later than 23:59 hours. 59 of the day following the daily end of the lesson.
The beneficiary subject must also guarantee the Regional Administration, for control functions, access to the FAD platform and consultation of the detailed summaries relating to the accesses of the students, teachers and tutors.
