VI meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Basilicata 2014-2020 OP ESF – 16/12/2020
The sixth annual meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the ESF OP 2014-2020 will take place via videoconference on Wednesday 16 December.
This was announced by the Councilor for Development Policies of the Basilicata Region, Francesco Cupparo. The committee is entrusted with the functions of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the ESF program 2014-2020, the main tool used by the EU to support employment, help citizens find better jobs and ensure fairer job opportunities for all , as well as the progress made in achieving the strategic objectives.
The occasion also strengthens the dialogue between the ESF Managing Authority, the regional Directorates concerned, the representatives of the European Commission, the Central Administrations and the regional economic and social partnership (Trade Unions, Employers’ Associations, Third Sector Associations) on the progress of the Program.
The agenda includes information on the state of implementation of the Operational Program, on certified expenditure, on the status of achievement n + 3 and the forecasts of expenditure for the year 2021 as well as on the degree of activation of the financial instrument of the ESF Microcredit 2014-2020. and, illustrated the activities of the evaluation plan and the communication strategy.
Subsequently, information on the impact of Agenda 2030 on the next programming cycle 2021 – 2027 and on the involvement of the partnership will be presented.
