Public notice “Continuing training actions for the management of corporate crises” exp. 30/09/2021

The notice finances company training projects aimed at the retraining of employees employed by companies to enhance their skills and therefore their stay in the company.

Two lines of action:

  • Line 1: companies in which solidarity contracts have been signed on the basis of collective agreements or trade unions to maintain employment in the event of a company crisis
  • Line 2: companies that have entered into an extraordinary salary integration agreement

The training project can be presented by the beneficiary company, with registered office or operational unit in Basilicata, and be implemented directly by the company , through the necessary educational resources, or by delegating a training body within the limit of 30% of the total cost of the project.

Each company can take part in only one project and one line of intervention. The financial endowment of the notice amounts to € 1,500,000 and provides for the disbursement of a maximum public grant for each project company projects equal to € 400,000 Corporate projects must respond to corporate development strategies such as, for example, the adaptation of workers to innovations (new machinery, new software, new markets) or to better implementation of organizational strategies (job rotation, job enrichment, job rotation) and can be divided into several training interventions intended for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 recipients.

The training interventions can develop through classroom and laboratory activities, internships at other structures, research institutions, universities. Training activities on workplaces within production environments are authorized within a maximum limit of 50% of the scheduled hours.

Recourse to distance training is permitted only in the event of necessity in relation to the prevention measures of Covid19 emergency that prevent it from taking place in the presence and if implemented synchronously with classroom training.At the end of the training course, a simple Certificate of attendance must be issued, drawn up according to the model of Certifications of the Basilicata Region must have a relationship with the company of:

  • open-ended contract fixed-term contract
  • “atypical” employment contracts excluding apprenticeships

The aid, which cannot be combined with others, does not exceed 50% of the eligible costs up to a maximum of 70 % if the training is aimed at disadvantaged or disabled workers.

Following the admissibility exam based on the document submitted, the projects will be evaluated with the assignment of scores against various criteria.

Applications can be submitted exclusively online until 18:00 on 30 September 2021 through the Cebas regional platform, access to which is possible via SPID credentials, National Service Card or user – password – pin provided by the Basilicata Region before 19.04.2017.
