Main features of intervention:
Emphasizing the connection between the project and the Social Pillar: The Social Pillar – 1st Point – establishes the actions oriented to equal opportunities and the access to the labor market. The barcamp’s aim is analyzing the effective needs expressed both by youngsters and professional associations and also by the labor market’s world, in order to define future training activities more specifically corresponding to the territorial abilities.
General Aim of the project: Participatory planning workshop aimed at incorporating the directions of decisions makers and stakeholder of the labor market of Basilicata region. It identifies some initiatives and the guidelines and the broad lines with the aim of enhancing and directing the investments, at best, in Basilicata region for the youngsters of the ESF, ERDF, RDP and Garanzia Giovani ARP.
Project actions: Participatory planning workshop aimed to transpose the guidelines of the youngsters about their future and the opinions of decision makers and labor market stakeholders.

Main features of intervention:
Emphasizing the connection between the project and the Social Pillar: The Social Pillar – 3rd Point – Social Protection and Inclusion. The project wants to facilitate the introduction of disadvantaged persons in the labor market, with specific reference to the people with disabilities; referred to in Article 1 of L.12/3/1999 n.68, and to contribute to the removal of the conditions which determine their exclusion and discrimination in the social and working environment.
General Aim of the project: To realize experimental interventions aimed at the employment of disabled people through actions aimed at acquiring of the skills necessary for inclusion in companies or for undertaking entrepreneurial initiatives with the support of a network involving training organizations, professional associations (sociologists, psychologists etc .), associations social cooperative. This network is thought as an integrated planning laboratory oriented the construction of an occupational/entrepreneurial path aimed at professional figures able to transfer innovative skills and to switch the traditional commitment of Basilicata into productive social activities.
Project actions:
1. Training interventions aimed at providing an adequate theoretical and practical preparation for the acquisition of skills and knowledge regard the multifunctional agriculture‘s field. There will be classroom activities in the laboratory and a training stage.
2. Granting of employment bonus for permanent employment.

Addressees: Disabled people registered in the targeted placement list (art.1 L. n.68/99), jobless or unemployed, aged between 18 and 35 in possession of a high school diploma. The initiative covers 160 disabled people.Â

STABLE EMPLOYMENT – BASILICATA REGION
Main features of intervention:
Emphasizing the connection between the project and the Social Pillar: The Social Pillar – 1st Point – the same opportunities and access to the labor market. The project supports a new employment for unlimited period in Basilicata region in contrast with the job security and the discontinuity. It decreases the social inequality and improves the level of wealth of the society of Basilicata.
General Aim of the project: To promote the permanent employment on the regional territory giving an incentive to the business for every new assumed employee with an open-ended contract both if he is unemployed or a long-term jobless (at least 24 months).
Project actions : New unlimited period recruitments of unemployed and/or jobless persons from 24 months at least . Transformation of the atypical and/or fixed-term contracts which allow the conservation or the suspension of the unemployment status which , after the transformation , has to result of 24 months lenght at least .
