Traineeships: possibility of new activations according to prevention and protection measures Covid 19

With the resumption of production activities, the suspended extracurricular internships are resumed, and it is also possible to promote new internships through the CPI.

The host subject must guarantee the organization of the spaces in such a way as to exclude the risk of proximity and aggregation by applying the organizational measures of prevention and protection in compliance with the provisions of the “Technical document on the possible remodeling of the measures for the containment of contagion from SARS – CoV-2 in the workplace and prevention strategies and referred to the national health regulations” of INAIL.

In the event that it is not possible to ensure compliance with the provisions of the planned organizational measures of prevention and protection, the internships may continue in agile mode for the continuation of the health emergency.

Preceding that extracurricular traineeships are not suspended by law as the teaching and training activities in general, we inform you that the Company may still resort to the institution of suspension where it deems necessary in order to combat / contain CORONAVIRUS health emergency.

The host can authorize the trainee, if compatible with the objectives of the training project, to carry out its activities in SMART WORKING providing the necessary devices and telephone/mail support and ensuring the constant relationship of remote tutoring.
