Value Woman Voucher 2020: Cupparo has an Information Desk

Councilor Francesco Cupparo with regard to the news regarding the “Vouchers entangled in the bureaucratic labyrinth” asked the offices for a reconnaissance of the problems that arose due to a mere error of the relevant offices, according to what was reported by citizens and media. is remedied with specific communications to the citizens themselves and on the institutional website which are reported below:

With reference to art. 11 of the Public Notice and to the documentation to be attached to the letter of acceptance of the loan, we inform you that the letters of acceptance of the voucher will be considered valid, to which the self-certifications certifying the family status and residence of the recipients of the voucher will be attached

reported by the beneficiaries of the vouchers, the Assessor decided, in agreement with the general management of the Department, that a special information desk should be set up at the Department, which can also be reached by telephone, from which to obtain all the assistance that the case reported requires.

The Councilor stresses that the affair must strengthen the commitment to overcome any form of bureaucracy that delays the effectiveness of measures and hinders citizens, as he has decided to do for the 2020 woman vouchers.
